Forty five minutes from Cedar City Utah is Brian Head Ski Resort. The area has been growing and there is a good selection on real estate right now. The two ski areas were connected with new lifts and a bridge over the highway last fall.  People of all skill levels who have come to Brian Head this winter to ski have told me they really like the new terrain and  lifts.
