Beautiful weather throughout Southern Utah
May 17, 2008 by Jon Christianson.
Warm weather has returned the the Southern Utah area. Cedar City is enjoying temps in the 80s this weekend and the mountain communities - Duck Creek, Brian Head, Panguitch Lake, and Mammoth Creek are in the 60s and 70s all weekend long. The real estate market has been heating up as well. There are some great priced listings, motivated sellers, and a nice selection to choose from. The selling season has started earlier this year and I have been very busy in all areas on the mountain. No matter what time of the year you come up there is always something going on in either Cedar City, Brian Head, or Duck Creek, but with the perfect weather over the next few months now is a great time to plan a trip up to this area. If you have been thinking of purchasing a cabin, lot, or acreage on Cedar Mountain I haven’t seen as good of a time as now in years. Come take advantage of all the recreational opportunities this area has to offer. Hunt, hike, bike, fish, atv, and more all in a beautiful setting with perfect weather for activities in all the four seasons. For more information about real estate in the Cedar City mountains including Brian Head, Duck Creek, Panguitch Lake and the surrounding areas feel free to visit http://www.SouthernUtahEstates.com. Thanks for stopping by and I look forward to hearing from you.
