Southern Utah Real Estate coming down in price
September 17, 2008 by Jon Christianson.
Some real estate listings in Southern Utah have been coming down in price over the last few months and there are some incredible deals out there right now. If you have been looking at real estate either in the towns or mountains there are listings priced lower than we have seen in years. This area is on the short list of many retirees and if you are looking at land in particular there are some deals that are hard to pass up. Home prices in Cedar City, Parowan, St George, and other Southern Utah communites are at their lowest point in years but there is movement in the market here. Buyers who are on the fence and feel time is on their side are missing out on some great opportunities. Mountain property has held its value better than the residential markets, however there is quite a selection to choose from and there are some eager sellers offering unbelievable deals for this area right now. Brian Head, Duck Creek, and Panguitch Lake all have nice listings available for any budget. If you are looking for a cabin or land feel free to visit my website http://SouthernUtahEstates.com and browse the market. If you see something you like or have questions about call me anytime and I would be glad to assist you.
