Southern Utah Real Estate coming down in price

Some real estate listings in Southern Utah have been coming down in price over the last few months and there are some incredible deals out there right now. Home prices in Cedar City, Parowan, St George, and other Southern Utah communites are at their lowest point in years but there is movement in the market here.
