Southern Utah Real Estate Update

Properties in the Southern Utah mountain real estate markets are still selling and this summer and fall has been very active. Duck Creek and Panguitch Lake real estate markets are picking up as well as the Brian Head area. The lower price ranges for cabins and land are seeing the most activity as prices have come down and there are some great deals on recreational and vacation mountain property. St George and Cedar City are slowly starting to see some activity from buyers but these areas werent hit as hard as some parts of Las Vegas and Southern California.  Lenders are still making loans for properties in this area and the low amount of foreclosures makes the banks more comfortable with the Southern Utah markets in the mountains.
