Fall Colors on the mountain

It is mid september and the leaves are starting to change on the mountain. Within the next few weeks the Southern Utah mountains will be blanketed with yellow, red, and orange hues of the fall foliage. This area is one of the most spectacular in the country to see aspens and oak brush in their brilliance. The real estate markets have remained busy with many cabins either in escrow or already closed. Land real estate sales in Southern Utah have had a little activity this year also. With the stock market slowly returning as well as markets in Las Vegas and Southern California, people are taking advantage of the low prices on desirable Southern Utah Real Estate.
