Its Almost Hunting Season in Southern Utah!

October is hunt month in Southern Utah for rifle hunts for many big game animals including deer and elk. October is also a great time to hunt for deals in the Southern Utah real estate markets. The mountain areas are very seasonal such as the real estate markets in Duck Creek, Brian Head, and Panguitch Lake. With summer over, there are still a few deals left on the mountain. Ski season is just around the corner in Brian Head, and Ice fishing at Panguitch Lake has been incredible the last few years. In Duck Creek the favored winter sport is snowmobiling with plenty of fresh world famous Utah powder for miles.  Now is a great time to purchase that mountain cabin or land of your dreams.
