Brian Head Ski Resort is open for the season. The terrain park is in great shape and it is snowing at the time of this posting! There are great opportunities for cabin and condo ownership in the Brian Head area. Prices are down 20-50 percent in some cases and there is a great selection to choose from. Year around cabins start in the 100s and studio condos have been selling in the 50s and 60s this year. There are 1 and two bedroom units under 100k also. Duck Creek and Panguitch Lake real estate markets also have incredible deals buyers are taking advantage of. If you like to ski, fish, mountain bike, hike, sight see and more then come see all that the Southern Utah mountains have to offer.
