Nothing says I love you more than a second home in the beautiful aspen and spruce forests of Southern Utah.  This Christmas season is one of the best times in decades to purchas a second home on Panguitch Lake, the ski slopes of Brian Head, or in the tall thick stands of pines and aspens in Duck Creek. There are still a few deals left but the buyers have been taking advantage of the current real estate market all year. When many of the foreclosures on the mountain come out they are gone within a short time. Fortunately there are very few foreclosures up here keeping the market stronger, but like any other real estate market in the nation prices are down 25 to 50 percent from just 2 years ago.
