The Duck Creek real estate market in the mountains of Southern Utah is currently offering more affordable prices on cabins, land, lots, and acreage at prices that havent been seen in many years. Properties are marked down from 30-60% for some properties. The inventory is not huge, but the best deals in duck Creek do go fast. There are some foreclosures and short sales, and some very competitive private sellers as well. The winter is typically the slow time for Duck Creek real estate and mountain property in Southern Utah making the winter one of the best times to be a buyer in the area. Brian Head Utah also has some incredible deals as does Panguitch Lake.
