Summer is the best time in the Southern Utah mountains in my opinion. The temperatures are cool and there are tons of places to go and things to see. You can visit the ring of National Parks or go horseback riding in the aspen forests. There are hundreds of miles of atv and snowmobile trails, blue ribbon trout streams and lakes and more. Just a short 2.5 hour drive from Las Vegas and you can be enjoying these mountains for yourself. Real estate prices have adjusted here and there is something for every budget. Some of the deals are unbelievable. There are ski slope side condos/cabins, lake and riverfront cabins, and property with breathetaking vistas of pink cliffs and the top of Zions National Park.
