My name is Jon Christianson and I am a full service real estate professional with Coldwell Banker. I specialize in recreational mountain property investments.   Whether buying or selling cabins, lots, or acreage I work in Duck Creek, Panguitch Lake, Brian Head ski resort area, and the surrounding mountains. I have received international awards for being a top producing agent, was a rookie of the year, and have been a full time agent since entering the business. I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. I am a family man and enjoy outdoor activities so I moved to Southern Utah for the weather, mountains, fishing, hunting, atving, snowmobiling, snowboarding, and of course, good real estate prices. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science from Southern Utah University and have lived in Southern Utah for many years now. Selling mountain property has been a very enjoyable experience. I enjoy the mountains and feel very fortunate to work and live in such a beautiful place.
