Some real estate listings in Southern Utah have been coming down in price over the last few months and there are some incredible deals out there right now. This area is on the short list of many retirees and if you are looking at land in particular there are some deals that are hard to pass up. Home prices in Cedar City, Parowan, St George, and other Southern Utah communites are at their lowest point in years but there is movement in the market here.
